"I ordered through the app so I wouldn’t forget to remove anything from the items I bought. For some reason the people working the night of 1/16/23 wanted to put sour cream on everything I got even stuff that isn’t supposed to have sour cream. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I spend my money here and the employees just put whatever they want on the items. Horrible"

"Will not be returning to this particular location, or any Taco Bell for that matter. Bought two of the Steak & Bacon grilled cheese burritos. Those were fine. The soft tacos I ordered on the other hand were awful. I have literally never seen tacos as small as these. The were so small, and wrapped up so tightly, they were literally the size of a taquito. Didn't even taste good, lettuce was poor quality, and next to nothing in terms of ground beef."
