Papa Johns Pizza

"DO NOT ORDEE FROM HERE!!!!! Ordered for delivery off of the website for an order of over 50 dollars. The driver called to tell me she was 2 minutes away. I told her I would be waiting in the lobby. 10 minutes later, I called the store to inquire about the order. They put me on hold for over 10 minutes. I called back and nobody would answer the phone. I went to the store in person to cancel the order. The manager refused to actually come to the front and speak but a very nice young gentlemen told me she would be with me in a little while. The reason why I was unable to get anybody on the phone was discovered at this point. They literally took the phone off the hook. Had to yell across the store to the manager just to ask about if the order would be canceled. I love papa johns as a franchise but this location is terrible and unprofessional. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE"

"I had the most horrible experience with them and everyone there should be fired. First off, I ordered a stuffed crust meats pizza from there. when it got delivered, there was barely any meat on the pizza at all. If I wanted a plain pizza, i would have ordered one. And I took pictures. I called Papa Johns and every single person including their female incompetent manager was very rude. instead of trying to make sure their customers are satisfied, each one of them got on the phone and was very rude and angry. I will never purchase a pizza from this ghetto location again. It's sad that these unqualified people have a job there, cause they definitely don't know how to treat their customers and the people who papa johns hired is a reflection on them. I hope they listen to their recorded calls as they claim, cause the people they have working for them need to be fired"

"I placed an order at 10:30 pm for an expected delivery to arrive at 11:40-11:56PM . I expected there to be a long wait time given there being a major event at the America’s Dome; however, I did not expect the delay to last longer than the allotted 77 minutes. I was able to call the manager, which turned out to be a driver, who then proceeded to hang up on me. The establishment closes at 1 am and I have yet to see the tracker move to “Baking.” It is now 12:30 AM . Will I receive a refund if I cancel my order or Will there be too many cancellations that I will go unnoticed and simply have lost Money? I do not blame the staff, i do blame management/ cooperate/ Papa John’s for enabling an establishment to continue to remain open that is clearly failing to REFUND THEIR CUSTOMERS."

"I placed an order to be delivered to my work address. The driver called & I explained that I would have to buzz him into the door to deliver the order to the 12th floor of my job because we cannot leave our hotel front desk unattended. The driver was rude, disrespectful, & refused to bring the order to the 12th floor front desk. I went down to the 1st floor to retrieve the order & the driver continued to be rude & spoke to me disrespectfully. I called the store & asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to a female manager at first. She was very polite, heard my issue, & placed me on hold, while she conferred with a male manager above her to discuss the issue. After I explained what happened to the male manager, he became equally rude as the driver, after I had asked what would be my compensation for the driver's rude speech to me. The male mananger then hung up the phone on me while I was still talking. This was the first rude and disrespectful interaction that I have ever had with this store. I've always ordered from this location, & had zero issues until tonight. I would like a full refund or store credit towards a future order for these actions. MJ Hunter, STL"
