"As you see by reading all of the reviews, the manager/owner has a bad & nasty attitude. How can anyone expect staff to act different if they witness the owner's customer service behavior & attitude. Sometimes, you have to show folks the real deal & paying them for terrible food & service. I visit the 1 in North Oaks the last I ordered a pizza. North Union location want to serve you pizza with dried up cheese cause they won't clean the oven properly which causes the cheese to dry up. I will not return there until I start seeing better reviews which mean they would have improved."
"My pizza wasn't cut near as it should be I ordered two sandwiches with extra cheese one is burnt with no extra cheese my other sandwich had no extra cheese and was cold I don't recommend this store the Manger was ignorant and refused to make it or even refun my money worse location ever !"
"Ordered deluxe pizza special on lunch I was told I don’t get a lot of toppings on lunch special even tho I paid an extra 3.20 for toppings. The manager said all IMOs do it differently. Never again"
"Worst Imo's in St. LOUIS!! If you consistently want horrible customer service and non quality food, then this is the place for you!! I tried to give them a few chances to get it right or even close to right, but they refuse to produce Imo's quality food.(see pics) The pizza tastes like they use cheap ingredients. It looks like they just stopped it together, put it in the oven and forgot about it!! Needless to say I will never return. Stay away!"
