"Came through drive-thru at about 6:30pm. Had two cars in front of me and my husband. We ordered 3 soft taco supreme with no lettuce and tomatoes and 2 chicken empandas. We get to window to pay and when we pull away I checked my food because they usually mess up my order or forget something. This time was the same thing. All my food was there but the taco had lettuce and tomatoes. So I went in and walked to counter. All the front employees saw me standing there with the bag and my receipt and not one came to ask how they could help. I wait a few minutes then addressed the lady at the drive-thru window. She tells me to hold on. So when she finally comes to speak with me I tell her what was wrong and she said well you can keep or throw away those and she would make me new ones. I told her when I was telling her what was the matter with my order that this happens alot and she literally just tells me she is going to have them remade and goes to the guy making the tacos and returns back to the drive thru window. I'm sorry but if this is an issue then if she wasn't the manager she should have gotten one. Then when I get home my husband finds the note that was in the bag with the messed up tacos that she never even opened when I brought in store. It just amazes me they already assume they have messed up and this is how they act. It's sad."
"Had one of the worst experiences in my life here. There was a large man that came out from behind the counter and made some homeless. People feel like that they were about 2 inches tall. Who was very rude to them? Even though they did buy some things inside of there was a little bit of money, they might have. He'd be little then kick them out of the store and told them never to come back for no reason at all. They're very polite and they're very kind of a man. This guy looks like he should probably go home and be his dog again"
"My visit to my local TB was on 1/28/2024 at 12:57pm. At $2.04 per taco ($1.89 plus tax), you've priced me out of your store. The tacos were super greasy. Grease was running out of each of them. The dining room was a mess. It appeared someone started the clean-up process, but didn't finish. I had to flag down someone to take my order at the counter. Food delivery was speedy."
"Whoever runs this store should be ashamed of themselves. They let the workers just suffer being very short staffed with no way to control the amount of orders coming in. They should either at least turn off app ordering while short staffed or get their own self in there on the line to fill in. I feel so sorry for the workers in there tonight. They have more orders coming in than they can produce. They have to deal with every angry customer that doesn’t get their food in a reasonable amount of time. When I finally got out of there, there were at least 15 cars backed up the drive through and 10 people in the lobby obviously looking irritated, waiting on their backed up orders. The customers don’t know they’re short staffed and the workers can’t control how many people are ordering at one time. I’m sure the store owner(s) are at home enjoying their life while profiting off this cluster. No wonder they can’t keep it staffed, if I worked there, I wouldn’t come back after tonight. It’s not worth it. Poorly managed."
"This is the worst taco bell I've ever been to. Terrible customer service, not even acknowledged by the workers. When they finally roll their eyes and ask if I've been helped, they scoff. Do not waste your time, a disgrace of a business. I know my order is just another cog in the machine, but the pure laziness of the employees will eventually ruin it, I hope they close their doors, so a restaurant/ fast food place worth something will be put there. Ignorant, lazy, unpleasant people."
