"Horrible place to order from. Issues using the door dash app and the most recent issue, we ordered through the Jack in the Box app who uses door dash to deliver the food. The text said the order was handed to us and complete but funny thing is.. we have a sign on the door asking to leave it on the porch and knock because we were sick. No food, no answer from the door dash driver, and no answer from Jack in the Box. So 45 dollars worth of food lost and no help from doordash. Amazing Ponzi scheme they have going these days. Any other person would get arrested and I cant even give 0 stars for the food....? 0 stars would mean I didnt receive any food at all....? Simple logic there"
"This location just needs close permanently service has been terrible for years. I have not been to this location in over a year I figured I would give it another try today. Terrible mistake by me I was stuck in the drive through line for over 40 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. once you are in the drive through line you can not pull away due to curbs that block you from pulling out of line. no apology for my ridiculous wait time and my food was cold and tacos were hard as a rock. I waisted $20.00 and 40 mins of my time and will never return to this location again."
"I am so thankful this Jack is still here. Others in the area have closed. The service at this one is by far better than any other I have been at. The people are kind, they don't rush you, and they don't make you feel bad if you have a big order. I have never had an issue with our orders, and the food is always hot."
