"I would give them 0 stars if I could. The experience I had with one of your female managers this afternoon has made it abundantly clear that you offer food for purchase but absolutely no service. I really don’t even have the words or the energy to explain how poorly I was treated. She was extremely unprofessional and I guarantee you had I been a white woman this incident would not have occurred. People no matter their race but particularly black folks treat their own people like they are nobody of any significance. They openly display their disdain & disregard for black patrons whenever the organization they work for validates their behavior. Well the culture evident at this Aldi unquestionably aligns with the manager’s piss poor attitude and lack of respect for its black customers. I will be happy to share the details of my encounter if anyone in the establishment cares to know. I requested a refund for my entire purchase and will never ever step foot in this Aldi ever again and I am contemplating severance all ties with Aldi all together given today’s experience. This says a lot given I’ve been a faithful customer of Aldi for over 3 decades."

Therefore, they are able to have lower prices. However, nowadays their prices are up there with supermarkets who have better amenities and quality.
