"Doesn't have all normal Schnucks products. The CVS pharmacy doesn't take phone calls or seem to care either. 4 people are here no one wants to answer the phone. In the defense of the person I talked to they was 3 people short. Did there best."

"Usually well stocked of the essentials. It doesn't have as many "nice" additions of other locations, but it is a good baseline grocery store."

"The employees were so clueless on how to do their job the cashier couldn't even count my cash and had to do it 8 different times and then the bag boy obviously had absolutely no training on how to properly bag because almost all my products were crushed by improperly bagged items. Good thing my eggs were saved. Took me over 25 minutes to be bagged and pay due to improper employee training. The store itself is well maintained and clean. Employees need trained better"

"Not the greatest produce or bakery selections but the staff is somewhat courteous and the check out lines aren’t too bad. The Shop N Save staff was more helpful and friendlier than Schnucks but things changed for the worst with the acquisition. The employees act as if the customers owe them something and they treat customers like their bothering them, or asking them to do something that’s not in their job description. No haste, nor a sense of urgency when it comes to customer service. Unfortunately the community has to shop here and deal with the lack of dignity and respect for their community."
