Top Nail

"I like the place, BUT it depends on who you get though. Whenever I go in and want to get a new set they tend to get upset. But you cannot get a fill over lifting nails, you will get fungus under them !! So I ask if I can get a new set, they get a bit annoyed. And always pop or rip off the acrylics. I ask them before hand if I can get a soak off and they go around what I say and pop off my nails and they always tend to actually rip off my real nails! So that’s my only complaints. Other then that I do like everyone. They have to stop popping nails off and soak them off. My nails are so damaged because how many times a nail tech there has ripped my actual nail off by being lazy and popping them off."

"I went on a Saturday for a no chip polish and they were all chipped at the end of the day. Went back on Tuesday to get it redone and by Thursday they were all chipped again. Did not have a good experience at this place."

"I normally don’t write reviews, and I am open to giving everyone opportunities, and rarely complain. Even if it’s horrible. But this was the WORST pedicure I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot in my 40 years of life! The tech seemed pissed I wouldn’t get no chip on my toes to start, even though I just wanted to get them cleaned up and ready for summer and told her I do that later in the year. She spent a whole five minutes on my cuticles and filing. Which was the entire point of me coming today. She slid the buffer across all 5 at once, ONE TIME. The whole thing start to finish was 15 minutes. Literally. She didn’t even get all my black nail polish off before putting on a light red on top of it. And the polish was all over my toes. Then I got a massage for maybe 3 minutes which is the best part of getting a pedicure!! I will never EVER be back. She was rude and threw things in the bowl and just seemed to hate her job!!! I almost asked for the more expensive one, and I’m so glad I didn’t waste more money!!! And it’s sad because I come every two weeks for fills and pedicures, usually waxing and I was going to try a facial too. And I tip very well! Oh well, their loss and I can only imagine they lose tons of customers. I’m dumbfounded. Had to leave and go to another place and get them done again. I can’t tell you how bad this was!! Save your money!!! I mean if you hate your job THAT much, find a new one!!! Oh on top of all this, I was planning on coming back tomorrow with four different people to get a full set of nails and my daughter to get a manicure and pedicure and I told her that because were looking for a new nail place. Oh well lost my business!! I really have NEVER left a review but I am so pissed, and never been treated like that in any mail place EVER!"

"I go go to Quinn she does awesome acrylics and designs and does it fast. Place could be a little updated and staff could be a little friendlier, my 10 yr old was not a fan. But in my busy lifestyle I'm looking for fast good work at a good price and am ok not conversing throughout the service and I found it."
