"The man who did a dip manicure cut my nail way too far down and crooked. I said it was painful and looked terrible. He just rolled his eyes and walked away. The kind manager took time to redo it and added an acrylic tip to fill in the side he cut into my skin. He was also digging at my nails with his own fingernails. So gross. The lovely manager was still answering calls and helping people while fixing his work. He sat there on his phone and did nothing. I would go back to her but his hygienic practices and complete disregard for myself and her was terrible."

"This was one of the worst manicures and pedicures I’ve ever received. My manicure, almost every nail is fully covered in bubbles, and there are parts of my nails that they didn’t paint. The texture of the paint is uneven and bumpy from the bubbles and uneven painting. I’m less than a week out from getting no chip and my nails are already chipping. The prices are high and the quality is low. I’ve had more affordable services with better quality at different nail salons. Also, they only accept cash tips, which I was unaware of, which would have been nice to know when booking my appointment. I asked for change for the tip I was going to give and the girl acted like she didn’t understand and after trying to get her to give me change to break a larger bill, I gave up and gave the awful woman the bigger bill just to stop arguing with her. This place is a rip off."

"Good salon, my mom loves Amanda for her pedicures and John is amazing. Always pays attention to details and always does my nails as the picture given. I always get compliments on my nails. I tell all my coworkers to check out this place. On the pricier side, but so worth it for the experience. Been going to this salon for 2 years now and does not disappoint at all. Definitely recommend this place."

"I went here one time and honestly will never go again. I had to repeat what service i wanted to the nail tech 3 times and still didn't receive the pedi package I wanted. She filed at my nails so rough that it cut 2 of my toes and they were like raw after. It was also very unprofessional to see the receptionist arguing with another nail tech about her not doing her job. When it came time to pay there was no mention of saving 5% if you pay cash until after my debit card transaction went through. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I have received better service for cheaper prices at many other locations."
