"Do not trust this store with your Ulta rewards information! I went in shopping for two items and I am a diamond member with a lot of points. I only shop in person so two days later I saw that my points were wiped off and someone ordered through the Ulta website- which I never order online! All my points were used up. I called the store manager and she had no clue and did not help at all. I shop at Ulta because the reward system is great but come to find out there’s fraud going on at the cash register’s. I have the items that they ordered and information- so this will be sent to corporate. I shopped on 2/6 and my points were gone on 2/8 online? The products they ordered aren’t even my shade."
