"I bought some 1 carat diamond stud earrings and the sales associate said that they may go on sale in a couple weeks so I could possibly get more money off the price. She took my number and said she’d call me. I never heard from her but did go back during that sale period because the posts on my earrings were bent. I was appalled when she told me that she noticed they were bent when I first purchased them, however, she never mentioned it to me at all. She went on to say that she was going to call me because a new pair had just come in and she put them in the case. I’m not saying she’s a liar, but when you aren’t upfront about the defects from the beginning and say you’ll call when the sale starts and I don’t get a call but go in 6 days after said call was to take place to exchange or return the defected earrings, it doesn’t sit well with me. I will be looking to take my business where the customer is more important then the commission the sales associate is getting for the sale. Did I mention when I was looking I wasn’t even sure I wanted to spend that amount, and she said “I want to make a sale today.” My gut instinct was to wait and I wish I would’ve listened."

She then added it to my wish list (didn't even know that was a thing). When checking me out, she offered to clean my husband's watch and throw in a cleaning cloth to take home. She also offered a lifetime of battery changes for $24.99."
