"Don't be fooled by " just another Mexican place" ( right) st peters is getting a bad reputation for too many car washes and Mexican places....PLEASE TRY THIS ONE! Super friendly staff literally treated like family on our first visit. Generous portions. The place is sparkly clean! Cute decor and bar area."
"Nachos el Guatal and Birrias Tacos were great! Meat was tender and flavorful. Portions were generous."
"We ordered the birria tacos and quesadilla, both were terrific. It's nice to have a family-owned option in the area. Plus there are several menu items you won't find at the usual Mexican restaurant. Chips are of the thin and crispy variety which we like. Their standard salsa is very mild but they have a spicy option if you prefer. Oh and they have a full bar. All in all I recommend!"
"Real good! They definitely have the best queso of the local Mexican spots, and they have Coke Zero! My favorite soda and it’s uncommon at these places. Portions are what you expect, the chips are warm and the salsa is salsa-y. The older woman (the owner?) was super sweet on the way out. Apparently they just opened, but I can’t wait to go back. Really hoping they stay around, I’ve been wanting to hit more family owned spots instead of chains so this will sit nicely in the regular rotation"
"Started with excellent chips and salsa. Our order of guacamole was delicious. My wife ordered a bean and cheese chimichanga off of the vegetarian menu. It was huge and very tasty. I ordered the Puerco en Salsa Verde, which was nice and tangy."
