"Thank you, Mark and Katie, for being so wonderful at my first visit this evening. Mark was so meticulous and thorough to check that everything was done perfectly . Not only is this the best manicure I’ve ever had, but you were both so kind and compassionate in our conversations . I am recommending your salon to all of my sisters. I can’t wait to come back."
"My nails look great however I’m used to being charged $45 for dip natural nails, but when I was done I was charged $55. The website says “from $50” so that makes more sense but again I’m used to $45 in St. Charles, South Elgin areas. Also my friend and I both had appointments for the same time but were seen one at a time. My friend was about halfway completed when my technician started taking off my prior dip natural nails. My nails were not individually wrapped with cotton ball and the remover on top then wrapped with foil, I was told to hold just my nails in a bowl of remover. I wasn’t a fan of this process as of course due to human error I couldn’t help but occasionally dip my nails a little lower so I then had a decent amount of remover on my skin. Edit: I am a week out from my appointment and my nails have started chipping. One chipped just from trying to peel some tape. Any other time I have had dip done they have been “indestructible”. Very disappointing especially since they have been the most expensive place too in my experience :( Edit (after owner response): I have never had a technician decide “on their own” that due to the length of my nails would deliver less of a service. I have played around with different lengths and have always had great results along with zero chipping. I suggest that in the future unless someone tells you they want thinner it probably would be best to do the full service since all of your competitors do so :)"
"We love Mark and Katie's mani/pedi work. They are always so kind and professional. I recommend there services for anyone wanting a good experience with beautiful, lasting results."
"I had a dip done on my nails and a pedicure done. The pedicure was okay. The dip on my nails did not even last a week. Usually when I get a dip at other salons it will last me 3-4 weeks. They did not pit a base coat or a top coat on the dip. My nails were all breaking and chipping. Not happy!"
"My first time at this location and had a nice experience. Manicure and 1st pedicure and got in and out quicker than I thought. The lady who did both manicure and pedicure did a great job. Needless to say I messed a couple of them up by the time I got home. Just minor though."
