"I've visited this store a fair amount over the years, but won't be returning. I just went into the store to buy a new battery for my daughter's SUV. When I returned home, I went to their website and began placing an order to pick up the exact same battery, just to see if I was charged correctly. When I went to the online checkout, the battery price was $10 less than I had just paid in the store 15 minutes earlier. This wasn't a tax or core issue. The actual price of the battery was $10 more since I went into the store to buy it instead of ordering it online, then going into the same store to pick it up. I called the store and asked if this is their policy, and the guy on the phone said "Yep!". Unfortunately for them, their policy is sending their business to their competitors. Thanks for the canned response, but as an update, the battery on the SUV I drive needed to be replaced a couple of months after I wrote this review. Guess where I didn't go to buy the replacement battery. I'm currently preparing to replace the spark plugs on my SUV and my daughter's SUV. Guess where I'm not going to buy the plugs."
