"I've gotten my hair cut twice now. Jen did a remarkable job both times and worked with me and my wavy/curly hair to get great shape and volume! She's very kind and a great conversationalist! Be aware that if you are immunocompromised or are a caregiver for an immunocompromised person, they do not require masks. Jen asked me upon entry if I would like her to wear a mask and put it on when I said yes. No other employee or patron had one on. I appreciate Jen's skill and kindness. I appreciate a local Batavia business. I think I would have waited another couple of months for my haircut if I had known about the lack of masks."
