"Good service, decent prices. I got my nails done by Ethan. They turned out exactly like the reference picture I showed"
"I called last minute a week ago seeking out acrylic nails. They booked me immediately and when I came in for my appointment later that evening the staff made sure they knew I was there and their daughter even spent some time chatting with me before I was taken back! She was a doll! Once my service started with Eathan it was smooth sailing. He verified what I wanted, did a test nail and was even mindful of my fear of cuticle clipping! Overall the customer service was an elite experience and my nails even a week later still look beautiful! I can’t wait to come back and see Eathan for a fill! Wonderful job L&L"
"This is my second time returning here. I also went in the spring to have a full set done for graduation. They turned out horrible but I chalked it up as just one bad experience and not the norm. So I went back a week ago from today. They were able to see me right away as a walk in which I was grateful for because my schedule is tight. I had a manicure with no chip done. It was the fastest anyone has ever worked on me, which made me nervous but as I watched her work I didn’t see her doing anything wrong or painful. And I had already cut and shaped my nails so there wasn’t much for her to prep, just cuticles and a little file. I was a but shocked that in the end I paid $36 before tip. That seemed high for no chip but it’s been a while so I don’t know what typical prices are like. When I got home I noticed ripples at the tips of my nails, bubbles and chunks under the polish, and what I would describe as holes or separation in the top clear coat. I work 2 jobs and I’m in school full time, my schedule is very tight, so going back to have them fixed wasn’t worth the stress of making time. But now, one week later, they are starting to peel up on the edges. I’m so disappointed. I use to go here regularly and loved my experiences, but it’s changed since a couple years ago (I think it was JTs back then). (I’m trying to figure out how to post pictures)"
"I had a no chip manicure and a regular pedicure. The service was great and I loved my nails! I thought they did a great job on my daughter and I. The techs were so kind and pleasant. I’m writing my review exactly one week after my appointment and had to take off 2 stars because my no chip manicure has in fact, started chipping. About 4 days after my appointment, only one nail was chipped. Now, it’s 7 days later and 8 out of 10 nails are chipped."
