"I normally don’t do reviews, but the nail salon was recently purchased by new owners. I went in, and decided to give the new owners a try after religiously going to Nailz Etc. with my original nail tech. They moved 50 min from my house, so I decided to see if I would stick to Nailz Etc. It was a waste of money and time. I went in for a fill, and my original color was black, as you can still see in the picture and still weren’t able to work around it. I expressed my concern to the nail tech, and had a different nail tech re-do my nails for them to look just as bad. You could still see my old color underneath the new one, and my nails were left so thick. I was there for a total of 3 hrs, with the same results, and no discount. Two days later I had to get those nails removed and re-done elsewhere. To top it off, instead of using acetone to remove the black acrylic around my fingers, the tech grabbed his cuticle cutter to cut the black color off around my fingers. When I got my nails re-done two days later I was bleeding of how sensitive my fingers were."
