"Very nice staff. Not the talkative type, but that doesn't matter to me. Came in as a walk-in (hate doing it, but it was impromptu), no worries. Complementary beverages, relatively quick service considering we were walk-ins, fair prices, and my gels turned out great. They did acrylics for my stepmom with designs and those looked great, too. 10/10. Will almost certainly come again."

"it was my first time in this place. They gave me a person who apparently was just learning. 45 minutes later they changed it for another one that I didn't even notice that one nail was longer than the other, even though I told him to fix it, they weren't the same. Plus it took them 2 long hours to finish it. so that when I came to light I would realize this. I will definitely not go back again."

"The past couple times I’ve come here my nails have been great. But this time was horrific. The man who I think is the owner (or at least in management) did my girlfriends and Is nails. he did them both very very fast and sloppy. I kept having to ask him to please touch up certain spots along the way (which I don’t mind doing, we’re only human) they looked okay but when I left and got into the light, my fingers were covered in a really tough glue peeling off everywhere (in photos) and his sloppy and fast work was then shown in both the paint job (gel) as well as lack of taking care of my cuticles or hangnails. So naturally I called back and asked if he could re do them today or another day if that worked for him and he refused because he saw nothing wrong. A different lady then took over the phone call and told me I could get a refund if we came back in. We then turned around and drove back. We were met by the (now) very angry gentleman who did our nails. He asked us to show him what the problem was so we did (multiple) and him telling us no refund and no fixing them bc “nothing was wrong”. We then asked to speak to the lady we had talked to on the phone (less than 5 mins ago) and he was yelling saying she had left. All and all the worst experience I’ve had in my 10+ years of getting my nails done at various other places, was here at nail trend. I hope this helps someone. Choose wisely ladies and gents!"
