"Bought a washer with extended insurance, first claim was this last january 2023, they've been sending me different technicians(if u can call them that) since then but none of them could fix the washer, I've been calling them, they offered me a refund but at the end they came out with my limit of liability was exceeded and if i want to fix my washer i have to pay for it, really frustrating this situation, DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY EITHER THEIR EXTENDED INSURANCE THAT IS NOT MORE THAN TRASH"

"They steal. Sell used goods and incomplete items as new and complete and illegally TRY to keep their ill gotten gains. Horrible Store. Horrible people. They stole money from me, which leaved me no recourse but to charge back through AMEX. Fortunately I used american express, and it has been no problem to get a refund for the entire bill from them. They sold me the last on the shelf air compressor and tools kit in box, took over 3 hours just to ring up the order at the pro desk because they cant complete simple tasks. The box was taped up, and had it not been the last one, I'd have insisted on a different one. Opened it the next morning to find the tank pressurized, the inner box that should hold the nail guns was NAILED shut with finish nails fired presumably from the nail guns that were supposed to be in it. Only one gun, a used and stored pressurized tank. Well the delivery was sheet goods and lumber and they brought damaged sheets and delivered on flatbed in a downpour without covering the MDF! I went in with receipt and they refused to return the money they stole from me, when they gave me used missing goods in box as new and charged new for. I wasted over an hour and a half dealing with them, didn't have any time left to even pick up the pipe fittings that my trip there was "required" for. Well never again. I'm shopping at LOWES and my suppliers exclusively now. I had my receipt and everything and their excuse was that I bought I the last one and they no longer have it in their system so, while they "would".... they just "CANT" possibly return my money to me. I would have to bring it back next week after they talk to their tool rep and try to get some manufacturer points for me to offer instead! Yeah right. They can go &#(@ themselves. If you shop there: (don't) ...but if you're going to: USE YOUR AMEX like I Did and not an HD card. You'll be grateful later! I also showed them my amazon account and invoice where I'd purchased a Rolair compressor the morning after the purchase receipt to replace what WAS obviously going right back. I'll also be filing a complaint with the Illinois Commerce Commission. Associates dealt with: Ishmael and Maggie"
