"A big empty store. Found nothing that J was looking for. They only had a few popular items stocked in a messy way. Back of the aisle had boxes idly sitting while walking was difficult. I had to order online. Their online service is great. Prompt and fast delivery. The products were in good shape too. Buy online. Store is broke."

"This was my first time doing the home delivery for birthday balloons and I wasvery satisfied and happy with the job they did! So much so that I don't think I'll ever go out and try to bring inflated balloons in my car again. They delivered exactly what I ordered and dropped off at designated time that I chose. "Old review- Terrible terrible customer service. I live around this location and we have so many community pages that I run and I am part of. So many people have warned many of us to steer clear and I went any way. Bad choice. Waterside, Fieldstone, Bella terra, and long meadow stay away from this store. Beth was so rude and all of the employees were clueless. When I asked for the manager name the employee asked me why I needed it for...I told him it should t be a secret and he confirmed Beth was the manager. I asked for manager above her and got nothing. She betlittled me, she mocked me, she shamed me and said everything was my fault. Iwill never give this location another dime. From the looks of it, they may be going out of business anyway. Or so I heard. Wonder why. Get it together Corporate train your employees better because they have to interact with the public! Update- new staff. Came in and was greeted by a male manager. He asked if I needed help and I did. Good customer service. The store looks cleaned up. I will shop here again. Hopefully this is the new manager for good."
