"Jasmine was ou waitress and she is awesome! The food is absolutely fantastic, especially if you like spicy, best chicken 65 in Houston. Hookah maker is on POINT. Drinks are made really good. Keep the specials going CLOUD! Its a truly great experience here. Been here sevral times already. Ask for Jasmin, she will take care of y'all."

"Ordered Cloud loaded fries with Chicken and chicken 65 quesadilla. Food was good. Quantity good. This was a to go order. The server looks like is going thru mental problem. She was giving us weird look to me and my daughter and never smiled (white fat lady). The air circulation is not so good. We sat for less than 10 minutes and our clothes were soaked in hookah smell. The smell is so strong, we had to change the clothes immediately after coming home."

"Cloud Hookah Bar & Grill, service was five stars! The food was really good! The lemon pepper wings were over cooked just a tab but nothing too major. Tons of fun on their patio, very clean environment, great service and since it's cold out ask the waiters to fire up the heaters!"
