"Ordered hardware from their catalog. It looked NOTHING like the picture when it arrived. Description said distressed and they looked like they were simply spray painted dark brown. Very disappointing. Called their Vernon Hills office to find out return instructions. Person on phone could not find my order even though I was reading her the order # straight from my packing list. Finally found it, she apologized, then checked on return. Came back & said my hardware was not returnable. Unfortunate for me, have no purpose for this hardware. Unfortunate for them, as I will not do business with them again. Have never had this kind of service any where else. I understand a restocking fee, but no return whatsoever? Not good policy."
