Very disappointing. Called their Vernon Hills office to find out return instructions. Person on phone could not find my order even though I was reading her the order # straight from my packing list. Finally found it, she apologized, then checked on return. Came back & said my hardware was not returnable. Unfortunate for me, have no purpose for this hardware. Unfortunate for them, as I will not do business with them again. Have never had this kind of service any where else. I understand a restocking fee, but no return whatsoever? Not good policy."
