"This store is nice, I shop there a lot to now, from now I will never recommend specially pick up material on the back of the store, the black lady who works on the back is very unprofessional,non respectful person ever, I give her warning I don’t want you guys demage my floor in my car , not once, but many times I mansion to her, don’t slide the palet, she’s say ok, the made wrong decisions how to load the tiles of palet, the could hand loaded, but the worker there say to the lady I’m not hand loading this , I put palet in with the forklift, she’s agree on this and now this ?????!!!!!! She tell us every one will be loaded by who come in line and she’s serve people come after us first, very bad experience with this unprofessional lady, and now I have to deal with this because of her HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!! "Beyond disappointed with quality and service: We spent $999.00 on a bathroom vanity. The vanity stayed wrapped in my kitchen for a few months. Now that we are ready to install, noticed paint chipped in several areas and a gouge on the front leg. Went to the store on 1/27 with pictures. The manager on duty offered a store credit. We needed time to think about it. Today, 1/28, we went back to the store and a different manager, Sonya said, she could offer us $200 for a putty kit. We noticed the floor model of this vanity had paint chips in the same areas. There is something wrong with the manufactures process. The paint chips without use. Can't imagine what the vanity will look like with a year of usage. Avoid this product. Sonya the manager on duty said, we can't give you a refund or store credit, "we can't loose money." It doesn't matter if we are satisfied customers. It doesn't matter that they sold us a defective. It doesn't matter that the manager the night prior offered us a store credit. All that matters is they don't lose money. How short sighted and what bad customer service. It's baffling that one store manager offers one resolution and the next store manager offers a different resolution and won't honor the other managers offer. All trust us gone. We made a complaint with their customer service department. I'll keep you posted. At this point, we want our money back. The product is defective and we are being treated poorly. Maybe it's best to stick with the big box stores. Big box stores can afford to stand behind their products. We are beyond disappointed."
