"I came in and told them my problem which I diagnosed myself and they themselves also found during the inspection. Left with the same problem I came in for the opposite wheel instead. I asked if anything else was obvious prior to leaving while they had it and got a no it's fine. I heard the problem the day of leaving and just assumed it was maybe just the sound of the parts settling in ( I know very mechanical sounding) it was not. Good folk but the service seemed a tad disconnected from that aspect at the time."

"Clipped the plastic shell off my Lexus’ side mirror on a garage door. Lexus quoted me $2700 to fix it. Called this shop, Andy was able to buy the same exact part from Lexus and do it for $1000. Highly recommend."

"I have them to change four brakes and roaders on a business day. This shop was recommended by a body shop around. They said no one they had sent to this place had complained. So i had a try. Their price is really fair compared to other shops you will visited in downtown Chicago. It took them an afternoon to have my four brakes changed. They knows how to fix a car and do the work efficiently. I will visited them again. Thanks Andy and his team for the assistance."
