"People there have no professionalism. They change up prices on you trying to get you to purchase a used tire that is really useless. Sometimes it's best to just buy new tires instead of 60 dollars for an old one. Now they charge 20 dollars for a simple plug in the tire. Their excuse is that their light bill went up so they had to bring up the prices on a plug that cost about less then a couple cents. They try speaking Spanish so you dont understand them and then dont realize some folks speak Spanish too and understand what your saying. And I'm not discriminating on Spanish speaking because that was my 1st language just dont try to be slick. Want more business give better deals and stop giving different prices all the time. Stay consistent."

"These guys sold me a bad tire. No big deal bc they don’t guarantee used tires. However they didn’t even know what I meant when I said I needed the TPMS(tire pressure monitoring system) to be recalibrated. They just rotated the tires and blamed new cars and their cpu systems. I took it to my family mechanic and he told me they broke my valve and the tpms won’t read it now. Don’t go here for a car repair. Very unprofessional and they don’t do “complete” auto repair like their name says."

"I changed my oil 3 times here. Twice it was ok, but the third time I was really shocked at the lack of professionalism. I have a bmw 740, so if you need to change the oil – it’s 8 liters. Checking this before, I came with 9.5 liters, expecting only 8 to be used. I told this to the mechanic. He was maybe over 40 years old, said ok amigo and started to change the oil. He first put some oil in then started the engine and put some more. It was weird that he tried to check the oil level after 1 minute - he didn’t know what he was doing. After five minutes, he said I was good to go but I wasn’t returned the excess liter and half of oil and after asking for it back, the mechanic said he didn’t have any left. I said but i only needed 8, why was all 9.5 used? The guy insisted he only poured in 8. I was suspicious but had to go - as I was driving to leave, The car was making a weird noise. I drove back to the lot and realized the cap was not fastened back in place. Wow. After some time I noticed oil was going through the gaskets and there were oil stains on the engine. After checking inside, I knew all 9.5 liters were poured inside even though I clearly stated that I just needed 8."
