"Joe and his team are angels who perform miracles! I rarely write reviews But Joe, Martin and the whole team deserve the best recognition! My daughter had a pretty bad accident yesterday, 01/11/23 on her way to her last shift of work as she’s leaving to Iowa for college on Saturday, 01/13/23. Her car was barely drivable and we prayed for a miracle. I searched “auto body repair shops” near the accident, and saw the reviews for In N Out so I said a prayer and gave it a shot hoping for the best. Martin greeted us, and immediately saw the panic in my face when I explained we had to leave to take her to college on Saturday. Joe was super kind and eased my panic. He proceeded to assess the vehicle and immediately started sourcing parts. He made numerous phone calls to find me the best price on parts. I don’t know how he did it, but he was able to get the parts the same day, and before the end of the following business day, her car was literally like brand new. In N Out is an understatement, these guys were quick, professional and efficient. They explained everything to us in detail, but MOST IMPORTANTLY - They genuinely cared about our situation. Joe went above and beyond and the kindness that he showed us is what truly still has me in awe! Joe and his team were a BLESSING!
