"These guys are scams!!! Placed an order for 3 yards of sand on 6/27/2023. Told the lady I needed it same day. She placed an order for 6 yards not even 3. Next day I cancelled the order because they failed to deliver it the prior day as agreed. They charged my credit card for top soil not delivered! You can be rest assured that I'll get my money back from my credit card company. You guys are thieves!!! How are you guys even in business? Horrible people!!! Run away from them!!!! Response: What I ordered is topsoil. It's a type of sand/layer of soil. I specifically requested that the delivery man call before loading. Why load before calling? After placing my order on the phone I was sent a link to pay, when I clicked on the link I was asked to create an account which I did, then paid. At no point did I pay twice for the same order so don't know why I was told by the lady I spoke with and delivery man that I order 6 yards of topsoil. More importantly, if an order is cancelled, I expect a 100% refund of what I initially paid."

"If your reading this, you have bought bigbox store mulch in the past. never again will I waste my money on bag mulch again. I bought Double ground uncolored hardwood mulch. I bought 4 yards. It's nice mulch. Needed a little more so I went to bigbox store and bought something similar cause I'm cheap and didn't want to pay the shipping. I should have paid for the shipping. Never again will waste my money on bag mulch."

"I ordered 7 yards of Topsoil from Shreve's which were delivered for free since I live Locally, I was not impressed with the quality of the product, it appeared not to be screened and sifted in fact there were big chunks and 1/2" - 3/4" pebbles, I guess I got what I paid for. I will try their Soil/Sand/compost mix next time and will have to take the day off since they just deliver anytime they want. I was given a time frame of 1200-1600 and they showed up @ 0900. I'll give them another try."
