"Spent $480, went outside my car battery was dead. Asked front desk if they have a jumper pack. They did, however they said it's for in-store use only, they could not let me use it. I have jumper cables so I asked if they can give me a jump with one of their 3 rental trucks outside. Store manager said they could not help me. THEY SAID I CAN BUY A BATTERY. I found another customer outside willing to give me a jump. I won't be shopping at Menards anymore. And if you do, don't leave your lights on. They will take your money but don't care about anything else. I will send corporate a email, make sure they know how little they care about customers."

"I've been going to this Menards since they opened. Overall, a good place to get home improvement and landscaping items. Staff is pretty helpful, they usually have the items in stock that I need."

"Very nice shopping experience. Took my time choosing what I wanted for landscaping my backyard. Then was asked by Derek if he could help in any way - he helped me load everything from cart to car and was so very pleasant the whole time. I live in Joliet but will def be back to Plainfield Menards."

I replied no I'm just wandering. he said OK, just wanted to let you know were closed. I was like oh my gosh! Even at check our young girl was so nice about everything. thank you!"
