"Went to the "Big Box" store today with a very simple question regarding a replacement thermocouple for my hot water heater. I even had the original assembly with me. After the blind stare and shoulder shrug form their "expert", I was told to try a universal part and I could return it if it didn't work. No help whatsoever.
