"Not once, not twice ….but FIVE times now! Over the past year I’ve brought in many of my projects only for them to be not cut or fabricated as described in my drawings or have sold me heavily rusted material. (I cant sell rust to my customers!) I’ve also made it VERY clear how I wanted things done. Every time the instructions on the job ticket have been correct and was as described as intendant. however, they did not execute it very well in the shop and then they wanted to charge me more money to have them fix their mistakes. I really want to give this shop the benefit but they have cost me so much in time and money that i can’t use them anymore… This is very unfortunate considering how close they are to me… Sorry guys but you kinda suck…"
