"Absolutely terrible customer service on the ebay side. Product lost in shipment. The package is lost in the USPS tracking system which means it's lost and gone forever. McHenry's response to me - "not our problem, we can't control the USPS". No offer to call the USPS and file a claim. No nothing. Just 'we're not responsible'. After another week of zero communication I finally had call ebay and file an eBay Buyer Money Back Guarantee for the first time in 24 years on eBay as a buyer/seller. Ebay refunded me in 30 minutes. Seems McHenry feels as though they can treat online buyers poorly now for some odd reason. Doesn't make sense since their rating is still in the 90's and they have been selling on ebay 21 years. As a seller with ebay 24 years this kind of behavior is baffling and it's what kills your reputation. I will never do business with McHenry again."
