I have never seen nails this short in my life until its my natural nail when I break one off. They said every shop charges extra for those things. But i've been getting my nails done for fifteen years and never paid extra"

"DO NOT COME HERE !!!! My first pedicure all year and I now have a fungus infection in my toe!!! Never once had a fungus infection in my 45 years. Dirty place and rude people. The technician talked to every technician that would listen the whole time while doing my pedicure. . And got up multiple times to play on his phone. Don't waste your time. Or your money. An update on my review. I have to take fungal medicine for around a years time. I am beyond disgusted with the whole experience."

"I had an amazing experience here! Very friendly and quality staff. I got an acrylic gel fill. Peter took his time and made sure everything looked uniform and sharp. They have a wide variety or services and colors to choose from. The place was very clean and pristine as well. Will definitely be returning often. Thank you so much!"

"A quick decent stop for a pedicure in LSL in between Schnucks/Sushi Sen! There are multiple TVs, decent massage chairs, everything is single use, and there is experienced staff. I’m not one for anything fancy but I went with my wife so the deluxe package here we come. 98 bucks before tip for the 2 of us. She had been there before and signed up for their list so we had a 10% coupon! That being said, unlike some other places this one doesn’t seem to have someone working the front desk fulltime / cleaning in between attending to the customers… and it shows. It’s not dirty but it isn’t spotless. Just needs a cleaning person to do some work! There was nothing sketchy to mention… but next time I will bring my headphones, as the music is on a repetitive loop! We will be back for sure."

"My 12 year old daughter and I are preparing for a funeral. I thought that a manicure for my daughter and pedicure for me would be a nice break so I scheduled an appointment. Couture Nails was very busy when we first walked in, but was half filled when we left. We came in the morning at 10:30, about half an hour after opening. My daughter was excited to get acrylics, we have done them in the past at a different salon but decided to give this one a try because it was more convenient today. She spent quite a while looking for design ideas and came prepared with her choice. I was getting a pedicure across the salon and was unable to advocate for her. She shared her design with the Tech and was told that she shouldn’t use it, that white would be better. So white it was. And it was not the neatest job, either. The nails look bulky and the plain white nail paint emphasizes the addition of the acrylic. It is disappointing to say the least. But what makes me most upset is that the Tech disparaged my daughter’s design choice in a conversation with the Tech sitting next to her which made my daughter uncomfortable. This was supposed to be a fun pick me up, not the expensive and uncomfortable trip that it became. My Technician was rough with her treatment. She scrubbed my feet so hard that she rubbed skin off of the top of my toe and left a painful oozing sore. And she kept digging her thumbnail into my foot as she held it steady to paint the nail which hurt. Not just once, but over and over. Ouch. When I settled up, I learned our selected colors (from the choices handed to us, which were all gels) were more expensive than the prices listed for the service, so I got to pay an extra $15 for each of us for the color. Which they didn’t tell me until I asked why my bill was so much more than the price on the board plus tip. All in all, I walked out unhappy. My foot was sore and I felt I paid too much. Then I heard my daughter’s story in the car. Shame on you!"
