"I needed a new stylist and was referred to Megan. Setting up an appointment was easy and I like that they send me reminder texts to confirm in the days leading up to it. The salon itself is GORGEOUS! It's an open area with shampooing on one side and stations on the other. They also sell hair care products and other items. At my initial cut Megan inquired about what my needs were. I am pretty basic, so really just needed a trim. I keep long straight type hair. She asked about layers and if I wanted face framing or bangs and we worked out the details. I loved that Megan asked these questions to make sure I get just what I want! She is gently with brushing and cutting while being very efficient. At the end of my cut she asked if I would want my hair styled and she was able to give me some waves. It was fantastic! I have thin fine hair and was so impressed that the style held all day! WOW! Appt setup is easy breezy, appointments are efficient and friendly, cut results align to what is asked for, check out is fast. I highly recommend this salon for your hair needs! Ask for Megan :)"

"I've always recommended this salon but I will not return after my experience with the Elle. Elle did my hair extensions. That day, I was running a little bit late and she actually did a 2-hour job in about 1 hour. She could have told me that she needed a full 2 hours to do a decent job, but instead proceeded to just complain about how she paid her babysitter and how she had plans to go out of town. When indeed, she was just rushing so she could do one of her co-workers hair extensions. I paid over $700 to have extensions put in and less than 2 months later a majority of them hav come out. When I reached out to her, I felt like an inconvenience. I asked her if I could just see someone else in the salon. She proceeded to tell me that no one else could do anything for me because she was the one that did my extensions. She offered me a free hair brush in lieu of my 700.00 extensions just coming out! She literally blamed it on the hairbrush I was using! She's a very arrogant individual, and rude. She does not want to take ownership of doing a poor job, she would rather blame it on me and make me feel horrible. I will not be returning. Everything is all about her and and not the customer."

"Typically very pleased with this salons service but today I left very disappointed. Walked in with long hair to my low back, asked for a trim and layering by Megan and walked out with shoulder length hair. How that constitutes as a trim, I will never understand. Get your hair cut dry if you decide to come here for a trim. Went back to this salon 2 weeks after I got my hair cut to get highlights and literally the worst highlights I’ve gotten in my life. Kaylee didn’t try to tone the highlights at all, she made them very chunky and Cinderella yellow and charged me 30$ more than the price I was told over the phone that I would be paying. When I tried to get back in the next day to have it fixed, she canceled on me last minute the morning of and never reached back out to try and reschedule me. Would not recommend this salon at all."
