"If I could put zero stars I would we arrived around 10:03 had an appointment ready online and sat there till 11:30 while they took everyone before myself and the two other people waiting whenever we had came inside . My mom politely asked why is the order out of place the lady snapped at my mom her face getting beat red and shouted I don’t skip people. We silently took our things and left. Never returning to this place again the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had to face."
"My husband came in today got a hair cut. He asked the girl to go shorter and she said if she went any shorter she'd have to buzz his hair. He has at least 3inches still. The workers need A LOT more training!!!!!!"
"There's a Hugh turnover there the girl cutting my hair is by far the best hair cut I've ever had. Tiffany I believe is her name. I would hate to lose her. Right now is the best the place has been. Only 2 workers that are keeping the place going.. Kimberly not Tiffany sorry"
