"I’ll start off by saying the Scott, the owner, is a very nice guy and did everything necessary to make the work right, but it should take 3 times to make a simple panel repair. The first time it went in was for a rear quarter panel. When I got it back after leaving it for a week, there was paint chipping, bubbles in the paint, and some of the rubber door molding wasn’t holding anymore. I went back and said this needs to be fixed, which he agreed to do, whenever it worked for me, since he was going to have to have the car for a week again. The second time I walked through all of the issues again so he knew exactly what needed to be fixed. A week later when I went to pick it up, there were still bubbles in the paint and some of the issues weren’t resolved. He said “sorry, I forgot”. Again, it is on me to get him the car for a couple of days. After picking it back up from the third time, overall it looked pretty good. Upon having the car home for a few weeks, I have noticed there is haze under the clear coat, there were still some bubbles and pinholes in the paint. I just had the car outside today to wash it and noticed there was also overspray on the black wheels. What kind of operation is this guy running. He obviously has no oversight or quality control. I gave this guy a shot because he had good reviews. Next time, I’ll just take my repairs to Royal Coach on the east side of st Charles. They do great work. If your considering this place for your repair, don’t waste your time."
