"Despite employees being courteous, very knowledgeable and helpful, I cannot give an 5 star rating to Wicks. Husband and I drove 4 hours round trip to buy poly spray. He wanted 6 gal but they had none at the time. A couple weeks later called to see if they some more in. They had, but would only sell 2 gal so “they could have some on hand for other customers”. This alone did not make me happy. Were we not customers, who were there two weeks earlier requesting 6 total? I guess that doesn’t count for anything. Not only this, but shipping on five gallons would most likely have been more economical than shipping two at a time. For these reasons my review is not very good. If you are traveling any distance at all I would suggest calling ahead to see if they have what you want and if they have limits on the items you are wanting to buy."

"Have used Wicks since they built the 2nd KR2! Always responsive and accurate. Shipping costs are expensive...just like from any other supplier. Packaging is always adequate but the tank driver who work for USPS, UPS, FEDEX always try hard to damage stuff. Highly recommend Wicks."

"4ft of 1/8" foam, $24...SHIPPING 6 oz of Material...$24! Just wrapped in plastic allowed to be smashed and creased by UPS. Would it not be smarter to fold into a square and ship in a box for half the cost? First and last time buying here. I'll go back to my old source."
