"I love to shop at Ruler Foods in Highland, Illinois. The people who work there are friendly, helpful & always curtious. The store is always clean and well stocked. This is really a Kroger knock off store. If you remember Krofer food stores they carry Kroger products. I always loved Kroger food Stores . They still have them in Rolla not sure where else."

"Nice store with pretty good selection. You have a BIG problem though. All the center of isle displays cause bottlenecks of shoppers and vendors at the very entrance of the store. I actually had to wait until the coin vendor, food vendors/stockers, and several customers cleared out of the way until I could enter. Would really hate to be on the inside if a fire or shooting took place. Not sure what a fire marshal would say, but were I one, I would insist on the removal of these for the safety of everyone!"
