"I would give them zero stars if I could. The crew just showed up at our house 3 days before Christmas with no notice. We have now had panels for over 4 months that don’t work. We’re paying for them but can’t use them. I’ve contacted the company multiple times and no one seems to be able to give me a straight answer. Mike, the owner, is abrasive and condescending. He has hung up on me before. I’m extremely unhappy with my whole experience with the company and made a complaint to the BBB. I will also be making a complaint to the loan company because I am paying for panels I cannot use."
