"Large store well laid out to find things. Be prepared to have to deal with tools and items in lock up it's the way things are.Help is average at best and attitudes are minimal. They will point in a direction and give an isle number bout as good as it gets. Prices are on the high side on everything so be prepared to shell out dollars on items. The location and size of the store is really all it has going for it. Parking is good and easy to get in and out of. Not a first choice by any means."

"When I don't know what I'm doing they try their best to get me through, or started then go back if necessary. It's the Help center that makes them stand out. Wood cutting can be done at the Washington location. Keys on Lindbergh."
"We purchased a Troy weed trimmer . We initially had issues with it not starting and string issues. We taken it back only to be told that they would work on it. Got it back and still issues and was given a new one only to have same issue. Was told to use certain product for fuel only to be told that it wasn't right fuel. If repair person is not educated on certain brands they should not have told use to certain product and then be told that we were in the wrong for using fuel. When asked if we could refunded or discounted for something else we was told flat NO. I will go back to shopping at Big Box stores."
