"I've been a loyal customer at the barring trace location in peoria for over 15 years. Today, 4/22/18 @ 10:00 am I went in to "unfreeze" my account and get some tanning in before my vacation. The girl who checked me in seemed inconvenienced by my prescence in the salon from the start and was very rude the entire time she checked me in. So much so, in fact, that I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I tan to relax, like many others often do, however cannot do this in a place where the staff isnt even polite, let alone kind or "friendly staff" as the establishment advertises. This place definitely is NOT what it used to be. Tanners beware...."
