"Please save your time and money, horrible horrible horrible! I've lived in this country for 17 years and never had such bad experience. Rebecca was the stylist, she cut my hair last Monday using razor all over my thick hair that too on a dry hair. OMG!! It hurt so badly while she was doing it, I was being respectful and gave it a week time to see if it feels any better, applied coconut oil, nothing helped. Razor cut on a dry hair messed up my soft natural hair so badly, making is rough, frizzy. So I went back after a week and expressed my frustration to the owner and Rebecca but they were just mean. I don't know if the lady at the front desk is the owner, she just said sorry and Rebecca has big time attitude. Her response was " well find another stylist". Such a mean, racist lady. What kind of a stylist uses razor on a dry thick hair? So unprofessional. I was visiting family in Peoria from out of town and I regret going here. I have a worldwide conference in Vegas and I'm speaking at the event, this has upset me so badly. I had to pay 75$ to get my hair fixed. This salon or the stylist never gave my refund. They should just close this salon down. Mean, racist, unprofessional.. the owner tries to hook you up with these stylists who have no clients and now I know why.. to just rip off and make people fools without refunding their money back."

"Pure Bliss staff provided hair and makeup services for my bridal party on my wedding day. They came to our hotel room and were very punctual. They worked well as a team and finished ahead of schedule. They were very tidy and did a great job cleaning up before they left. All of the stylists and makeup artists listened to the requests of the clients and everyone was very pleased with their services. Riley did my makeup and Alexis fixed my hair. I highly recommend them if you are in need of hair and makeup services for an event. They are both excellent at their jobs and were great to work with!"

"I went in a couple weeks ago for a lash lift with Addison. The prices were better than the place down the street from me and I was curious about the service since my lashes are super long and don’t need extensions, they just hang really straight. The first time I went my lashes didn’t really hold the curl because they are so long and straight and I left pretty disappointed, but Addison assured me a second session would hold better. She took me in for a second session today and not only did my lashes come out beautiful, but she didn’t charge me due to it taking two sessions to begin with. The place is beautiful, clean, and all the staff members are so nice. I’m so happy I chose to get my lashes done here and I’ll definitely continue going here for my lashes and probably start trying their other services as well since I had such a great experience. Thank you Addison I love my lashes so much now!!!"

"I got my hair colored for the first time and Alexis did an amazing job. I had a color consultation prior my hair appointment and they recommended Alexis. I just showed her a picture of how I want my hair color to look like and I was satisfied with the results. The entire process took around 2hrs. They use organic hair colors and if you don't want bleach on your hair, they can accommodate that as well. Staff was friendly and it was easy to book an appointment. I paid $105 for my highlights and it's totally worth it. Alexis is the one I would highly recommend for your hair. Would recommend. Would visit again."
