"My first experience here I was in from out of town so my sister and I were walk-ins. Kim handled me and Rose handled my sister. Kim was very fast and my nails turned out superb. My sister was not as happy as I was with Kim with her technician Rose because altho her nails were exactly how she wanted them, her nails were loose within days. Rose is really great with decorations tho so it worked out. The overall experience was well. All of the techs from feet to hands were very attentive, polite, talkative and kind."

"Spent $110 for a regular pedicure and long dip powder glow-in-the-dark nails . The lady was very rude the entire time. Who happens to be the owner of the store. Within three days five of my nails broke and I am used to having long nails I’ve gotten them done in several places and I’ve never had such weak nails ever in my life . Two of them even broke in my sleep. I called and asked if they could fix them because I was told if they broke within three days it would be free . I also paid 30 for a basic pedicure and they were about to close and told me I was fine to put my shoes on and by the time I got home I noticed two of my toes were messed up .They did not hold up to that end of their deal.. now they want me to pay $50 just to fix five nails when I just got done spending $110 not even a week ago. Extremely rude customer service and I will be calling corporate in the business bureau. I spend quality money on my nails for quality not for this. Do not come to this nail place . this is the rudest worst nail salon . And I’ve been to plenty in states all over the country . I repeat do not go to this place unless you just want to get your money taken ."

"I have been looking for a good nail salon for months here in Peoria. Went here today after some friends from work recommended them. I had Peter and Jill (I think). They were absolutely amazing!! So patient and helpful when I had questions. My nails have never looked and felt so good. They told prices as we went too which I appreciate! Definitely recommend giving them a try!"
