"I'm really disappointed that it was my third visit and I took the day off to treat myself. Starting with an express facial here. It should have been 30 min. The apt was at 10:25 and I wasn't called back until 10:40. When it ended I thought it was quick, but it wasn't until after I paid and tipped "Amy" personally that I looked at my phone upon walking out and realized it was only 11. I called once I got in my car and her explanation was that it took her time to set up. Well then that means my time was even shorter. I didn't have to do anything but lay on the table. She needed maybe a 2 min set up. Her explanation was trash and she didn't even attempt to make it right. She seemed to rush through it to get back to her customer that was in the salon chair. Then I noticed some of the product was still on my face. I definitely didn't feel valued and wouldn't go back again."
