"Dirty dirty store I was shocked to see it in such bad condition!! Shelves were not stocked appropriately-open cardboard box with product sitting in them. Shelves were so dirty dusty and sticky. The line to check out was all the way to hot irons and NO ONE came to help. I ask for assistance and the very snippy lady said she waited be right back she headed to the back and never came back."

"I got a signature curly cut done by Bianca. It was amazing! The cut, the experience, the way she treated me and my daughter was top notch. I love my hair. My hair is sooo much healthier and my curls are so bouncy and poppin. Bianca was also so knowledgeable. I will forever recommend Bianca and she’s got a client for life."

"I have only been to this Ulta two times, and I have had a negative experience both times with the cashiers I interacted with. This last experience on Black Friday was extremely upsetting. While I do understand it’s chaotic and loud, the cashier there named Sandy was rude to me because I had trouble hearing her. I was nothing but kind when I asked her to clarify/repeat herself, and her attitude completely changed after that. When she bagged my item, she slapped it on the counter instead of making an attempt to meet me to reach for it. Then when she printed the receipt, she held it by her and started a conversation with the cashier next to her, making no eye contact or any sort of communication with me and completely ignored me. I had to reach over the counter to grab my receipt from her. Extremely immature of her. Hopefully she was able to change her attitude for the other customers."
