"Everyone here is incredibly friendly. I had to get some keys cut today and the man who helped me (I believe his name was Bill) was the nicest person. He greeted me at the door and walked me back to where the keys were cut. He had a smile on his face and laughed and joked with everyone while he worked. I had tried a larger store in town and was basically dismissed with a word because it was an older style of key I needed. But People's had the correct key ( a much larger selection in general) and they were more than happy to help me out."
