Birkey's Farm Store 664 U.S. 150, Galesburg, IL 61401

"Bought a brand new tractor in 2020 and have had nothing but issues with tractor since purchased. Birkeys even told me the new tractor didn't come with manual and if I wanted one I could purchase for another $80 (I just spent $48,000 on a brand new tractor) so I called CNH directly and they sent one. We have called several times about the starting, running, and other malfunctions of the tractor. They would send a tech out and before he could diagnose the problem, he would be called off to go elsewhere. My 2 year warranty was up earlier this year and miraculously they now have time to come and diagnose part of the problem which cost me over $3,000.00. I would NEVER recommend Birkeys because the bottom line is they do not care about the customer!!! Update* I had to obtain an attorney for birkeys to acknowledge that my tractor was still under warranty and all the repairs they charged me for should have never been billed in the first place because we had a warranty!! Now birkeys refuses to work on my tractor and I have a warranty they sold me that I cannot use! Buyer beware!!! Update* After calling CNH customer relations and explaining my situation their rep reached out to Birkeys and now they want to fix my tractor. I'll update once again when the repair is made ."

And it serves as a way to keep my things off the basement floor and out of any water. But I'm sure you don't care about all that. But I do. And for that, I rate these guys 10 out of five stars"
