Our power went out and they worked around that until it came back on, even using battery operated lights to finish my walk in closet. They have done 2 houses for me now. Adrianna manages the store expertly and everything went smoothly - even contacting the necessary plumbing people for my specific job so I wouldn’t have to. She always made me feel special, while making sure I got the flooring I wanted. Brad, the flooring installer, had to do some very intricate work of cutting around pipes with the flooring - and his work was impeccable! He was meticulous, cleaned up after his work, and has a wonderful personality to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend checking out Carpetland for your flooring needs!"

"Ordered and had my floor installed during Covid-19. It was hard for me to get to the store to pick the flooring out, sign papers, etc even though i was very anxious to replace my kitchen floor. Jetta put in extra time and bent over backwards to make sure that I received exactly what I wanted. I don't know a kinder person. She informed me of everything the installers would be doing so there were no surprises. The installers were ontime, polite, and my floor is so beautiful I could cry!! Highly recommend"
