"Staff doesn't acknowledge you exist until your stylist gets there. Stylist gave me a great cut. Not the one I wanted, but I probably actually look better with what she did! Talked about some interesting topics. Halfway through my highlights she proceeded to let me know I was going to have to pay an additional $30 (lucky I had it) bc of the products... Seems like something to discuss before you've got me in a situation I can't get out of. So great haircut not what I wanted but great style for me, poor customer service and business practice a little shady"
