"We had an appointment for 9am on a Tuesday. She was 30 minutes late, with no communication. I messaged her, said I was going to leave because I had a busy day and couldn’t wait any longer, and asked to rescheduled. She messaged back immediately letting me know something came up with her family, fine, I get it. She told me she would take $45 off of my total for the inconvenience and we rescheduled for Friday. She was there waiting for me when I got there. When I left, my left eye was burning and blurry so I didn’t pay much attention to the total (my fault) and just tipped and signed quick. Afterwards, I noticed the total to be $190 for the lashes and $25 for lash removal. I maybe had a total of two loose lashes still on my eye that needed to be removed. I couldn’t just pulled those out real quick if I would’ve known I’d be charged $25 for that. And she did not take the $45 off like she told me she would. I didn’t expect to have a discount, really. I was understanding. But don’t offer a discount then not apply it…."

"Crystal is the best!!! Not only is she kind, warm and funny, but a true professional! She takes her time (be prepared to spend a few hours at the salon) and makes sure your lashes are perfection. I appreciate her dedication and perfectionism! The salon is clean, modern and stylish. The ease of booking online is great, but I would suggest calling the salon to confirm since technology isn’t always reliable. Overall, this was a GREAT experience and I would recommend this salon 100 percent!!! I will be back for other services as Crystal is knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful!"
