"I love Dr Chu. She is very stwee, i had 2 pregnancies and I saw her during my entire pregnancies, I felt like she really cared, she always spend time on each appointment, she answered all my questions. nurses and staff are very nice too. Highly recommend her. Sorry for the people that had bad experiences there. But sometimes is hard to make every body happy."

"This whole experience at this office is incredibly disappointing. I have had 3 visits and each time I have had to wait well over an hour, including for 8am appointments. The final straw was my visit last week, where I tried to explain my symptoms to Dr Chu but she was content to rush me out and have a prescription called in. She never listened to my symptoms. The whole visit was less than 3 minutes. I had very serious concerns but she took the easy way out. After getting home I googled what was going on and now see that the prescription she gave me actually doesn't help my condition. I do not plan to return to this office. I also have no idea how women who are pregnant could be patients here. It is such a cold environment with no listening or getting to know the patient. On my third visit they asked if I ever had children. How can you be my ob-gyn and wait three visits to ask that???"

"I would never recommend this office. First impressions are everything, they could really use a fresh coat of paint in the office and the exam rooms are so uninviting. The front desk staff does not communicate with medical records. The MA I saw couldn't answer any of my questions. My appt was in Feb and still no one has contacted me about my results. Dr Chu was nice and answered all of my questions, but I wouldn't go back based on other factors I listed above."

"I've been with Dr. Chu for over 2 years now and can definitely say that I don't dread my annual appointments like others typically do! She is very professional and concise but takes the time to explain medical terms and results. She is always very friendly and I enjoy chatting with her during my appointments. The practice staff is also very helpful!"
